Scope and contentTranslation of notes from Judge Wilfrid Lazure, J.S.C., relating to Rex v. Angus H. Canadian. The Aboriginal defendant, from Ville LaSalle, Quebec, was found with a radio apparatus installed in his automobile without any permit or license, in contravention of Section 5 of The Radio Act, 2 Georges VI, Chapter 50 of the Statutes of Canada (1938).
