Scope and contentThe file contains a presentation by Victor Allen. Allen delivers a presentation on the history of Inuvik going back to the establishment of the community in the 1950s. Following Allen's presentation Commissioner Mary Sillett delivers opening remarks, and Commissioner Allan Blakeney makes brief comments before questioning Allen regarding his presentation. Commissioner John Holman also discusses some of the issues raised in the presentation with Victor.
