Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by Huguette Bouchard and Micheline Blanchette focusing on the Universite du Quebec a Chichoutimi's programs that trains Amerindians in the educational field for the past 20 years. The university's original two programs were a certificate program in education sciences, Amerindian stream; and a certificate program in Aboriginal technolinguistics. In 1990 a centre for Amerindian studies was created.
