| Scope and content | This file contains a presentation by members of the Coalition Against First Nations Genocide, a group representing the grassroots of First Nations across Canada. It focuses on "the series of 'termination' bills that the Government of Canada intends to bring before Parliament and which it has tentatively titled the First Nations Chartered Land Act, the First Nations Governance Recognition Act, the First Nations Self-Government Act, the First Nations Forest, Lands and Resources Act, the First Nations Government Finance Act and the First Nations Government Taxation Act." The presenters state that their group views "these proposed bills as being illegal attempts to violate our rights and we wish to make clear our adamant opposition to these attempts by the Canadian government to terminate our rights."
