Scope and contentThis file contains a presentation by Tony Andersen beginning with the history of the Torngat Regional Housing Association. Single parents and elders are particularly affected by the poor quality and lack of proper housing and Andersen calls on the Commission to help address the housing problem for Inuit people in Labrador. A question-and-answer period with the Commissioners follows the presentation.
