Hanly discusses "Aboriginal people's need to use natural resources to sustain themselves," and the "involvement of Aborginal people in resource management." Hanly discusses co-management agreements and how government can form relationships with Aboriginal peoples to effectively manage natural resources. Following the presentation the assembled Commissioners discuss some of the issues raised with Hanly.
