Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by Jacques Girardin of an unspecified local Chamber of Commerce. Girardin discusses the composition of his Chamber of Commerce, and its relations with the Manawan First Nation. The Chamber's territory includes the "whole northern part of the County Regional Municipality, Matawinie, St. Zenon, St. Michel and Manawan, and the unorganized territories." Girardin discusses the participation of Atikamekw organizations and businesses in the Chamber, as well as some its programs and philosophy. Following the presentation Commissioner Dussault discusses the composition of the Chamber with Girardin.
