Scope and contentFile contains an opening prayer and opening remarks for the sitting of the Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples at Big Trout Lake, Ontario, on Thursday, December 4, 1992. The opening prayer was made by Jemina Morris and introductions of Commissioner Bertha Wilson, Commissioner Paul Chartrand and the Commissioner of the Day, Stanley Sainnwap, were made by Eno Chapman as well as comments regarding the composition and mandate of the Commission.
