Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by Dr. Ron Sparks and Winnie Montague of the Labrador Community College. Sparks discusses the College's operations for Innu, Inuit, and Metis students, and some of its programming (particularly a traditional Innu skills training program). Montague discusses barriers to Aboriginal educational advancement and makes some policy reccomendations to the Commission. Following the presentations Commissioners Sillet and Erasmus discuss cultural, educational, and policy issues with the two presenters.
