Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by David Makahounuk. Makahounuk, a student at Confederation College in Sioux Lookout discusses post-secondary financial concerns at that institution. Makahounuk also discusses the need for additional counsellors and support staff, self-governance issues, and budget figures. Makahounuk makes a variety of recommendations to the Commission to alleviate these problems. Following the presentation Commissioner Wilson discusses some of the figures with Makahonouk.
