Commissioner Dussault gives an overview of the composition of the Commission, its goals, and activities. Commissioner Wilson offers her perspective as a Non-Aboriginal member of the Commission and makes remarks on its mandate. Commissioner Chartrand discusses the Commission and his thoughts on using the French language, a language he was exposed to in youth (of a unique mixed dialect) and his feelings on being in Quebec today.
