Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by Marie Pitawanakwat and Carol Martin relating to "the relationship within and among ourselves, the Native people," because of their experiences as Aboriginal women and businesswomen. They have experienced oppression and paternalism from Aboriginal men relating to starting their own businesses. They believe self-government cannot be achieved when Aboriginal men do not consider Aboriginal women as their equal. Following the presentation is a question-and-answer session with the Commissioners.
