Scope and content	File contains a presntation by Lorrie Boissoneau-Armstrong, a social worker with the Phoenix Rising Women's Centre, a non-Aboriginal agency. The agency provides support, referrals, group programming, advocacy and information services to all women. Phoenix Rising facilitates special programs for Abishnabe women and Boissonneau-Armstrong calls on the Commission to ensure that funding continues for this organization that helps Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal women alike. Following the presentation is a question-and-answer session with the Commissioners.
