Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by Martha Echalook. Echalook recounts a story of an elderly person who lived with her husband and her passing on, possibly due to a lack of heating fuel. Echalook asks the Commission if they can look into a way to lower rent for the elderly, many of whom she feels devote an excessive part of their pension checques to this expense.
