Scope and contentA photograph of an Aboriginal man in ceremonial regalia (buckskin suit with applied beadwork and feather headdress trailing to ground). Identified as Chief Swimmer (Yahyahnum), Chief of Sweetgrass band approx. 1925 - 1955. He was last traditional Chief of that reserve. After him, chiefs were elected.
