Historical noteErnest J. Morris (1905-2004) was a lumberman who spent most of his logging career at Reserve, Saskatchewan, roughly 50 km south of Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan.
Scope and contentA photograph of the Etomami River near Reserve, Saskatchewan. The Etomami was in flood when this photograph was taken, and is normally a much smaller stream. The image was taken in the late 1940s. The lumber workers' houses are on the upper river bank in the background.
