Scope and contentOn information card: Rankin Inlet resident Willie Adams makes adjustments to the relays of the Comminterphone conference unit housed in the telephone exchange building of the small northern community. The interface unit permits up to four telephone calls from the exchange (background) to be aired simultaneously through a low power transmitter.
