The Saskatchewan Archival Information Network (SAIN) is a database of descriptions of archival material held in Saskatchewan archives. It is a work in progress, with new descriptions being added regularly. For further information about the material described in this database, contact the relevant archives.

SAIN is the Saskatchewan component of Archives Canada: the Canadian Archival Information Network.

What's New

2016-17 Institutional Grant Program

The Grant Committee has posted on the Institutional Grants webpage,  a Call for Proposals for the 2016-17 year. (Pending Approval of Funding)

Any project proposed by an Institutional member, would need to be undertaken between 1 April 2016 and completed by 31 March 2017. Please see the Institutional Grants webpage
for further details and to download the application.
SCAA 2015 workshops
The SCAA wishes to thank everyone who participated in the "Basic Archives" workshop on October 5th in Saskatoon.  Watch for details about the next "Basic Archives" workshop planned for Regina in the spring 2016.
