Curator's note | The Jasper mountain area was declared Canada's fifth national park in 1907. Both the Grand Trunk Pacific (1911) and the Canadian Northern Railway (1913) laid track through the park and Jasper quickly became a major mountain resort. This pamphlet describes it as "Twenty Switzerlands in One." |
