"Driven
by fine, memorable performances ... [a] uniquely Canadian account of a
dying small town and the ways in which American pop mythology has
impacted the national imagination." Paperback Hero (1973) was
filmed in Delisle and Saskatoon. It was featured in the "Canadian Open
Vault" program of the 2006 Toronto International Film Festival. The
SCAA gratefully acknowledges additional financial support from AV Trust.
Back by popular demand, "Celebrate Archives" buttons, produced especially for our first Archives Week, will be distributed at archives across the province.
